MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

Merchant Finance Limited, a subsidiary of Fijian Holdings Limited, is a licensed Credit Institution in Fiji specializing in asset financing personal loans and investment products. The company is an equal employer and part of the dynamic Fijian Holdings Group and one of the highest profit contributors for the Group.

Written applications are invited from individuals for Graduate and Management Trainees with the Company.

The successful applicant will be placed on attachment for six to twelve months and trained in the different areas of the branch in providing customer services and assisting in administrative duties. Direct reporting line will be to the Branch Manager.

General Requirement

1. Graduate Trainees require Diploma or Degree in Accounting,

/i Finance, Marketing, Law, Business Administration and

/i Information Technology or equivalent;

2. Management Trainees require a Master's Degree in

/iAccounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration

/iand Information Technology or equivalent with minimum

/ithree (3) years work experience;

3. Hold a valid drivers' license;

4. Have some knowledge of Merchant Finance Limited and the

/iFijian Holdings Group operations would be an advantage;

5. Good general administration skills;

6. Good Personal Relation skills;

7. Outgoing personality with the ability to solicit new business.
