ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (LAUTOKA)

Automart Limited is one of Fiji's most respected vehicle distributors with a strong presence in Lautoka, Suva and Nadi. The company is seeking to appoint an Accounts Administration Officer to be based at our Lautoka Branch.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

• Liaising with LTA and assisting in vehicle registration process

• End to End Accounts Receivables

• Assist with Accounts Payables

• Ordering, Documenting & Management of Inventory

• General Accounting and Administrative duties

• Document and Process Insurance claims

• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

• Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite in particular Excel & Word

• Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous

• Ability to work without supervision

• Office hours: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 1pm on Saturday
