ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (LAUTOKA)

Mobile Crane Services Limited is part of Challenge Group of Companies based in Lautoka. The company provides Crane Hire Services to a large number of clientele throughout Fiji. Our extensive fleet of cranes is staffed with experienced operators committed to working in a safe, competent manner. The company is seeking to appoint an Accounts Administration Officer to be based at our Lautoka office.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

• Assist with Project Management and Costings,

• End to End Accounts Receivables

• Assist with Accounts Payables

• Stock ordering and management

• General Accounting and Administrative duties

• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

• Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite in particular Excel & Word

• Experience in Heavy Equipment Hire Industry would be an advantage

• Experience in Project costing

• Ability to work without supervision

• Office hours: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 1pm on Saturday
